  • Nope! Listing is free. You’ll only be charged a small fee when your item sells—so you can list as much as you like, risk-free.

  • We partner with brands to help them resell returns, samples, and seconds—so you can shop your favourite labels sustainably. If you’re a brand and want to get involved, we’d love to chat.

  • We welcome quality clothing, shoes, and accessories. Items must be clean, in good condition, and have a resale value of $20 or more. Think: pieces you’d be happy to receive yourself.

  • Not on the app. But you can take them to one of our partner charities who can list them.

  • You can offer postage or local pick-up—it’s totally up to you. Buyers cover the shipping cost, and you’ll be guided through the process when your item sells.

  • We’ve built Project Emerald with safety in mind. Integrated messaging means no need to give out personal info, and profiles help you build trust. If anything feels off, we’re always here to help.
