How to Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your account, you can do so easily within the Project Emerald app.
Open the app and go to Account Settings
Scroll down and select Delete My Account
Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion
Please note:
For accounts linked to any existing or recent orders, we retain basic contact details for up to 90 days to manage refunds, disputes, or delivery issues. All other personal data is permanently deleted.
